I was shocked to see Katy Perry's "light up" dress. She just needed a pair of those god awful plasic light-up stripper shoes to go with it. And, I do love Oscar De Le Renta, but the dress he did for Oprah was not one of his best. Brooke Shields looked good in her Michael Kors gown.
